Smooth Cross Section Heights from Moments

Takes the original Cross Section Heights from Moments definition and smoothens the beam heights and then reassembling the model in Karamba3D to calculate the final model. A meshload is applied on the overall structure.
The Eccentricities on Beam component aligns the top of all beams in one plane.
