BESO of Bracing Wall
Difficulty: Moderate
The effect of the orientation of three walls on their effectiveness as bracing elements for horizontal loads on a floor plate. There are three load cases: wind in X and Y-direction and vertical point loads. Contains a workaround to display the loadcase with the largest deformation. Topology resulting from applying the BESO for Beams component to the structure begins to eliminate certain members. The cross section optimizer is not available in the FREE version.
